The International Broadcasting Bureau of the United States Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) or Radio Free Asia (RFA) and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty(RFE/RL) is allowed to petition an alien to work as a broadcaster for the BBG or for Radio Free Asia, INC (RFA) or Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Inc. (RFE/FL) in the United States.

Each of the following qualifies as a “broadcaster” for EB-4 purposes:

EB-4 Visa I-360 Petition for Broadcasters:

The BBG or grantee of the BBG (RFA or RFE/RL) must submit Form I-360 along with signed and dated documents containing the job title of the prospective employee along with all the duties and responsibilities, and information the aliens’s work experience. The BBG or BBG grantee must establish that the employee is qualified for the position and has the necessary skills for the broadcasting or broadcasting-related position.
